- The first results
Improvement will become noticeable after 3 to 15 days, depending on the specific pest and on the degree of infestation. Rodents will disappear relatively rapidly. Insects may intensify their activity shortly before deserting their usual nests.
- Placement of the WEITECH pest repellers
This is very important for maximum efficiency. For rodents it is best to place the unit near where they enter or seek nourishment. For insects, place one or several units in the room where they seem to appear.
- Tips for use
Ultrasonic sounds do not go through walls, floors or ceilings, but can rebound off these surfaces. This actually increases the efficiency in that the “sounds” rapidly cover an entire room, even the corners. It is not advisable to place the units behind furniture, curtains or voluminous objects which may inhibit or absorb the ultrasonic sounds. Thick carpeting may also absorb sound. For best results, the pest repellers should be allowed to function without interruption. Please note that some domestic animals may be slightly perturbed by ultrasonic sounds for several hours before resuming their normal attitude.
